After all this time of wanting and not wanting to publish this pattern I think I will just give it as a free pattern over on Ravelry. Much better than just sitting there gathering dust. 
O.K so not fair for my customers not on Ravelry. I guess I'll put it on my web site as a free pattern later this week. Am I forgiven?
