Here is one of the things I have been working on for my site. Its a shawl with a cowl neck opening and can be work over the shoulders as well. The pattern will be available soon. I know its about time I updated my site! 
I present Snow Leaves! Made with machine washable Kroy wool sock yarn. No reason you couldn't make it with baby yarn if you dont like the wool yarn. Pattern available on my web site.
